Reporting copyright infringement

To report copyright infringement, please submit a report through KeepWorthy’s in-app Intellectual Property reporting feature or email our Copyright Agent at copyright@getkeepworthy.com.

What your notice should include

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Identification of the KeepWorthy content you believe is infringing, including enough information for us to locate it, such as a product name, username, post, or URL where available.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

KeepWorthy may remove or disable access to content in response to a valid copyright complaint and may take action against repeat infringers.

Our Terms of Service describe the full process, including how to send a counter-notice if your content was removed by mistake.
